Raw Vegan Chocolate ... and its healthy !!

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g (3.5oz) Virgin Coconut Oil
80g (2.8 oz) Cocoa Butter
120g (4.2 oz) Raw Cacoa Powder
80g (2.8oz) Honey - *For vegan, omit the honey and add an extra 80g/2.8oz of Maple syrup 120g (4.2 oz)
Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 cup nuts/sprinkles/toppings of choice. (I used Macadamia nuts and sprinkles)
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add coconut oil and cocoa butter, melt for 1-2 mins, until completely melted.
2. add to the oil mixture the cocoa powder and stir until all lumps are incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the vanilla and the maple syrup and honey (if using).
4. Mix to combine, the chocolate should be nice and thick.
5. Spread the chocolate onto a paper lined tray, and sprinkle with your choice of toppings, e.g.: nuts, sprinkles, edible dried flowers.
6. place the tray into the fridge until the chocolate is set. .
7. cut or break into pieces and enjoy!
8. store chocolate in the fridge.
