Garlic and Herb Compound Butter

Ingredients:
125g Butter ( Real butter, not margarine. Salted Butter is fine to use)
1-3 garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives
1 Tablespoon Dried Mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon Powdered Garlic
2-4 Tablespoons of Boiling water
Directions: 1. In a food processor ( a blender or mixer would also work) Process the Butter and garlic clove.
2. Add a drizzle of boiling water to thin it down and continue to process until smooth.
3. Add the herbs, fresh and dried, and the powdered garlic.
4. Process until all the herbs are chopped, and the mixture is well mixed.
5. Add a little more boiling water if the mixture is too clumpy or forming a ball in the processor. You want the mixture to be a spreadable consistency.
6. The Garlic and Herb Butter is now ready for use in garlic breads, to top onto roasted vegetables or in the Garlic Bread Dumplings in my Rich Beef Hotpot (see link above). Or - roll into a sausage as seen in this video and pop into the fridge- to slice and place onto your steaks.
7. Store your Garlic and Herb Butter in the fridge ready to later use.
