Easy LIGHT AND FLUFFY 3 Ingredient Scones:
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups Self Raising Flour
1 Cup Cream (thickened pouring cream) .
1 Cup Lemonade
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius
2. Line a slice tray with Baking paper and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, place the flour. Make a 'well' in the center.
4. Pour the Cream and lemonade into the 'well' and mix in a cutting motion with a butter knife until well combined. Don't beat the mixture.
5. When well combined, dust your work surface with flour and tip the dough onto the flour. press and turn to bring it together.
6. gently press the dough down to approx 1.5cm thickness and using a dusted scone cutter, cut out scones and place onto the lined tray.
7. Fill the tray and bake for 10 mins or until golden.
8. Best served with jam and whipped cream.
